Who we are

TheAcemanplus Ventures is a CAC-registered brand strategy practice based in Abuja, Nigeria. This policy explains what we do with information you give us through this website.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

• Enquiries. Your name, email address, organisation, phone number and the message you write.
• Intake questionnaires. Your answers, plus the name and email you start with. These are commercially sensitive and we treat them accordingly.
• Applications. Anything you submit when applying to a programme or role, including a CV if you attach one.
• Technical data. Standard server logs, and analytics only if you consent to it via the cookie banner.

Why we hold it

To reply to you, to deliver work you have commissioned, and to keep proper business records. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Your rights under the NDPA

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied you may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for seven years to meet statutory and tax obligations. Intake questionnaires are deleted on request at any time.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS, access to submissions is restricted to named team members, and intake responses are not publicly accessible. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if anything goes wrong.
