Ideal for

Organisations that need continuous brand, communications and intelligence support rather than another one-off project.

This is not a design retainer and not social media management. It is an embedded strategic partner: the practice stays with your organisation month to month, keeps the brand system honest as the organisation changes, and produces the communication and intelligence work that leadership needs as it comes up.

It suits organisations that have completed Authority or Legacy, and those whose communications demands are constant enough that starting a new project each time is the wrong shape.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

The questions founders and organisations ask most before they start.

How does an engagement begin?

Every engagement starts with a questionnaire, then a discovery session. This is non-negotiable and it is not administrative — the quality of the intake determines the quality of the work. Most clients tell us it was the most useful hour of the project, because it is usually where the real problem surfaces.

Why does brand strategy cost this much?

You are not buying a logo. You are buying the positioning, architecture, governance and applications that make an organisation legible to funders, partners and talent. Brand work is usually the cheapest lever available for changing how seriously an organisation is taken.

What are the payment terms?

Engagements are invoiced in instalments tied to phases, not dates — so payment follows delivered work. Terms are set out in the proposal before anything begins. We do not start design work before the intake is complete and the first instalment is settled.

Who owns the work?

You do. On final payment, full ownership of the delivered brand assets transfers to your organisation, including source files. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio and case studies — and we always ask before publishing anything about a client.

Do you work with clients outside Nigeria?

Yes. The practice has worked across seven African countries and takes international remote engagements. Discovery sessions run virtually, and delivery is unaffected by distance.

Is the MasterClass really free?

Yes, currently. The Business & Brand Development MasterClass runs over four weeks with live sessions and assignments. It is free at present, and places are limited by cohort.
