Beyond client work

One practice, four platforms.

Where to go next, depending on why you are here: to hire us, to learn with us, to sit at the table, or to see the software side of the work.

The venture

Spur-Wiz Dynasty Global

A full-spectrum management consulting company and B2B software venture, building LegacyLens, an organisational health scoring platform.

What we do

Seven disciplines. One system.

Engagements are scoped from these. Most begin with one and reveal the need for another.

The problem

Organisations are expected to look credible before they are funded.

To appear professional before they attract the right talent, and to communicate authority before they have built the evidence to back it up. This is a design problem disguised as a business problem. We make organisations look and feel as credible as the capital and talent they want to attract.

How we work

Five phases. Every engagement.

The same model at every tier. You are never shown a recommendation before you have agreed the diagnosis behind it.

  1. Step 1: Discover

Intake questionnaire, a 60–90 minute discovery session, and a scan of your competitive landscape.

Discovery Report in 5 working days

  2. Step 2: Diagnose

Findings become insights. You see the diagnosis and agree it before any recommendation is made.

    Strategic Priority Statement

  3. Step 3: Design

Positioning, architecture, identity and voice, built against the diagnosis you agreed.

    Brand System Document

  4. Step 4: Deliver

Presentation and walkthrough, up to two revision rounds, final files and handover.

    Final Deliverables Package

  5. Step 5: Deploy

Orientation for your team, implementation support, a 30-day check-in and a 90-day review.

    Deployment Support Report

Questions

Before you get in touch.

The questions founders and organisations ask most before they start.

How does an engagement begin?

Every engagement starts with a questionnaire, then a discovery session. This is non-negotiable and it is not administrative — the quality of the intake determines the quality of the work. Most clients tell us it was the most useful hour of the project, because it is usually where the real problem surfaces.

Why does brand strategy cost this much?

You are not buying a logo. You are buying the positioning, architecture, governance and applications that make an organisation legible to funders, partners and talent. Brand work is usually the cheapest lever available for changing how seriously an organisation is taken.

What are the payment terms?

Engagements are invoiced in instalments tied to phases, not dates — so payment follows delivered work. Terms are set out in the proposal before anything begins. We do not start design work before the intake is complete and the first instalment is settled.

Who owns the work?

You do. On final payment, full ownership of the delivered brand assets transfers to your organisation, including source files. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio and case studies — and we always ask before publishing anything about a client.

Do you work with clients outside Nigeria?

Yes. The practice has worked across seven African countries and takes international remote engagements. Discovery sessions run virtually, and delivery is unaffected by distance.

Is the MasterClass really free?

Yes, currently. The Business & Brand Development MasterClass runs over four weeks with live sessions and assignments. It is free at present, and places are limited by cohort.
