Terms of Engagement

Last updated: September 2026. These terms are a working draft pending legal review, and are superseded by any signed engagement letter.

Scope

These terms govern use of this website. Consulting engagements are governed by the proposal and engagement letter signed for that project, which takes precedence over anything here.

How engagements work

Every engagement begins with a completed intake questionnaire and a discovery session. Work proceeds through the five-phase delivery model — Discover, Diagnose, Design, Deliver, Deploy — and you approve the diagnosis before recommendations are made.

Fees and payment

Fees are set out in the proposal and invoiced in instalments tied to phases, not dates. Prices are quoted in Naira with USD equivalents; the exchange rate is fixed at the date of the proposal. Work does not begin before the intake is complete and the first instalment is settled.

Revisions

Two rounds of revision are included at each design stage. Additional rounds, or changes to agreed scope, are quoted separately before any further work.

Intellectual property

On final payment, ownership of the delivered brand assets — including source files — transfers to you. We retain ownership of our methodology, frameworks and the five-phase delivery model. We may show the work in our portfolio, and we ask before publishing anything about a client.

Your responsibilities

Timely feedback, accurate information and access to the people whose approval the work needs. Delays in these move the schedule.

Confidentiality

We treat everything you tell us as confidential, including intake responses, and will sign an NDA on request.
